Early morning at the base of the Crunch trail – 2015

A word of caution: The Coquitlam Crunch Trail is very steep in some sections and those steep parts are covered in gravel. New stairs have been added (437 stairs) making it much safer, but caution must still be used coming down the bottom third of the trail. A waiver will be required for all those wishing to participate. Stay safe!

We will have a St. John’s Ambulance First Aid unit on location during the event.
